The K family was a joy to photograph. I photographed their eldest daughter a few years ago, and next year I'll be photographing M. Boy, does time fly by or what? I chose the tall grass in the field behind us (thanks to our friendly neighbors). It was almost "Serengeti-like". When I crouched down to take one of the images, I felt like I needed to check my back for lions or cheetahs (hehehehe). We also used the cactus (which just happened to grow exponentially this year), one of J's giant oaks in her front yard, then finished with the couch in the field. At the end of the session, Mrs. K wanted to do something silly. They all got out instruments and a plethora of zany hats. The images were hilarious. Enjoy.....

Baby Noah....
I had the privilege of photographing Baby Noah. He was the cutest lil' boy. Perfect skin, relaxed & quiet demeanor. His parents are repeat clients and friends. I was fortunate to photograph their wedding a few years back. Mom wanted an image with dad's skin(mainly his arms)showing. Rolling up the sleeves just didn't portray my vision, so I asked him to take off his shirt. Well, the image speaks for itself. I was really pleased. M & A many blessings to you. More on the site.... Enjoy...

Running with a Purpose...
Jenna was visiting from Florida this past summer and I had planned on taking an action image of her. Between being sick, a birthday party, and everyone else being sick, we only had the last day she was here. So early in the morning, I set up the scene, placed the lights, and planned out exactly what I wanted her to do. It only took about 15 minutes to get this image. I plan on sending her a print of it soon. I think it's pretty cool.....
